About us
More than a tagline
Our club has served Greater Moncton since 2001, and Progress Clubs have served Canadian communities since 1922. We don’t just raise and hand out money. We roll up our sleeves with our charity partners, whether that’s helping a family through a crisis, swinging a hammer or painting a fence. Everything we do is about helping kids grow up healthy, have fun and live life to the fullest.
Whatever we take on, the focus is the same: young people and their families, here in our own community.
- The small thingsInstead of buying hospital equipment, we focus on what gets overlooked: toys, games and family-room furniture that make a hard time easier for sick kids and their families.
- Christmas morningWe send food, stockings and presents so that families in need don’t wake up to a bare tree.
- Sweat equityWe buy renovation materials and do the work ourselves to help local charities keep their buildings in shape.

Soyons fiers d’être Canadien
The Canadian Progress Club is an all-Canadian service club with no international affiliations, and membership is open to everyone. Each local club runs its own affairs and its own charitable projects. Progressians come from all walks of life and enjoy getting their hands dirty for a good cause, especially for children and for people living with intellectual and physical disabilities. Nationally, the clubs support Special Olympics Canada through the Canadian Progress Charitable Foundation.
